The Archivist is the staff volunteer responsible for overseeing the work of Hmong Archives, including providing an annual report to the Board, Staff, and public. This report documents the activities, events, unusual donations and visitors, and brief Collections and financial statistics. Reports for 1999-2002 have been written, but need revision for standardized narrative and statistical information. The other years will be completed from Board Meeting Minutes and statistical sheets, about four pages per report.
